Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy: The Camp Airy and Camp Louise Mega-Reunion will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for the event.
2. Security: For the safety and security of our campers, no one will be permitted on camp grounds without the wristband provided to them by camp. If you have requested on-site parking the day of the event, no cars will be permitted on camp grounds without the special parking permit provided to you by camp. If you have any questions or problems with your wristband or parking permit prior to the event, please contact us at megareunion@airylouise.org. Please note that no drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any type are permitted in camp. Camp reserves the right to ask anyone in possession of any of these items to leave camp grounds immediately with no refund. Camp reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for what camp deems as "disruptive or inappropriate" behavior
3. Photo/Video Policy: Camp is herein authorized to use analog and/or digital photographic, audio and/or video reproductions of participants electronically and in literature of interpretive purposes, and advertising.
4. Camper check-out policy: No campers may be taken out of camp for any reason the day of the mega-reunion. Custodial parent/guardian may request, during the registration process, for their camper to join them during evening activities only.
5. It is agreed that any dispute or cause of action arising between the parties, whether out of this agreement or otherwise, can only be brought in Maryland Courts and shall be construed in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of the state of Maryland.
6. Camp assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage that may occur during on camp property during the Mega-reunion.
